This is not a basic parts-changer role-it's a hands-on mechanic position where you'll treat each customer's vehicle as if it were your own. Applicants must have experience in automotive repair, bring their own tools, and be capable of diagnosing issues with minimal assistance. We value craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-first attitude. Decisions should be made with the same care and ownership as if you were running the business yourself. If you thrive on mental challenges, enjoy custom fabrication, and want a role where no two days are the same, this is the opportunity for you. However, if you're simply looking for a paycheck and need constant direction, this won't be the right fit. While we do not offer traditional benefits, we do provide paid vacation based on experience.
